Kelloggs the multinational food-manufacturing company have a large operation on 4 floors situated in Trafford Park, Northern Platforms provide an on call service to Kellogs to repair, maintain, service and inspect their Nify Lift scissor lifts.
The Kellogs factory based in Trafford Park has 12 Nifty Lift scissor lifts used constantly over a full 24 hour period. Not only do these Nift Lift scissor lifts require inspections every 6 months, they are also prone to breakdown due to the environment they are used in. Flour used in the factory gets into the working parts of all the machines which can cause them to fail and require maintenance and repairs.
Northern Platforms provide a round the clock on-call service for Kellogs should they ever need us. We are currently also looking at prices for replacement of 3 of their machines.
